A vibrant spring sunrise at Mesa Arch in Utah's Canyonlands National Park.
Mesa arch is one of the most-visited places in the park, and for good reason - the sunrise from here is nothing short of a glorious experience. It's not an experience full of solitude as there are throngs of tripods packed next to each other at sunrise, but the beauty of the whole experience makes it all worthwhile.
In the background are the monster tower, the airport tower and the washer woman arch. Mesa arch spans 50 feet across the cliff and is located at the end of a 0.7 mile loop trail.
