The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy what you find. I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest region of the USA and am grateful for all this place offers, photographically and otherwise.
